TrigJig RSA180 Adjustable Rafter Square

It makes repeat cuts quick and easy and as this model is fully CNC machined on our incredibly precise, state-of-the-art vertical machining centre, the fence quickly snaps back to exactly zero when required. TrigJig RSA300 Adjustable Rafter Square

With 6 marking gauges on the front of the tool, the RSA300 Adjustable can be used on many carpentry and fabrication projects, although its specialty is roofing and large timbers. The RSA300 is manufactured from the highest quality 4mm thick European T6 aluminum. Each tool is CNC machined by us to tight tolerances, with a right angle precision of +/- 0.008° along its entire length. The RSA300 has a non-glare anodized finish that facilitates outdoor use. The laser-marked graduation rulers and parallel scribe scales are recessed in pockets to prevent wear. The degrees are deeply engraved so they won't rub off, and since they're made on the same CNC milling machine that makes the angle gauge profile, the level of precision is excellent. The adjustable silver anodized aluminum fence is also CNC machined and attached to the tool with nylon 66 bearings so it is smooth and snaps back to 0° accurately. The fence can be locked in place with a stainless steel thumbscrew to allow repeatable cuts and mark super-precise bird mouths without the need for re-measurement. On the front of the angle are several functions and marking gauges, including; 300 mm ruler (plus a smaller ruler along the stop edge).
