These raw Poly-Urethane will be mixed in factory out of some PUR-commodities. The formulation was developed especially for Plasterer Floats Inhouse. The special structure of the foam makes an equally abrasiveness all over the whole Float. These Plastic Floats are very good to compress Plaster or Floor Screed.
Through the resistance that these Floats are making during the grinding there will be a very good compaction. The floating produces a “rolling” of the sand and the small stones into the material. This “rolling” brings out of the material entrapped air and thus brings the effect of compressing the plaster. Plasterer Floats must have an abrasion, so that there is enough resistance during the floating. The special Foam allows a time-efficient working. In the process you need not to press the Float very intensive.
