Milled version form "Lewis" with round spiral groove, thread tip, main cutting edge and top quality taper tap. Version with stepped head and hexagonal shank (from Ø 8 mm).

Alloyed tool steel.

Due to precise production also suitable for exact rod dowel drilling. For hardwood we recommend the 1493 series with lower blade.

500 - 2800 min-1. e.g. Ø 12 mm 2000 min-1 in soft wood.
